Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Donlyson Auto Concepts website and the services provided at our Los Angeles facility. By booking a service or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide custom auto body work, paint and restoration, wide body and aero kit installation, collision repair and insurance claim assistance, classic vehicle restoration, detailing and ceramic coating, and the sale of performance parts and merchandise. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Written and verbal estimates are provided in good faith based on visible damage and information available at the time. Hidden damage, parts pricing changes, or additional labor discovered during the build may adjust the final invoice. We will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%.

3. Deposits

A consultation deposit may be required to secure your build slot. Deposits are applied toward your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable once materials or labor have been committed to your project, except where prohibited by law.

4. Repair Work & Approvals

• You authorize us to perform the work described in your approved estimate.
• Parts may be OEM, aftermarket, or reconditioned as agreed in writing. We will disclose the source of all major components.
• Completion timeframes are estimates and may be affected by parts availability, insurance approvals, and shop volume.
• Vehicles must be collected within 30 days of completion notice. Storage fees may apply thereafter.

5. Parts & Merchandise Orders

Purchases made through our shop are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Orders are subject to availability; we will notify you of any backorder or cancellation and refund any unfulfilled charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Donlyson logo, images, build photography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to Donlyson Auto Concepts and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photos of your vehicle may be used in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.

7. Disclaimers

Services and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Except for our express written warranty, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donlyson Auto Concepts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service or product at issue.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
