Limited Warranty

Donlyson Auto Concepts stands behind our craftsmanship. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the repair and paint services described below, performed at our Los Angeles facility.

Coverage & Duration

• Refinish & paint work — warranted against peeling, fading, and loss of adhesion for 5 years from the completion date.
• Body & structural repairs — warranted against defects in workmanship for the lifetime of your ownership of the vehicle.
• Ceramic coating — warranted per the specific coating product's manufacturer terms, communicated at the time of service.
• Parts & merchandise — covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty; claims are processed through the original manufacturer.

What Is Excluded

• Damage from misuse, neglect, off-road use, racing, or track events.
• Damage from environmental factors including hail, flooding, road debris, chemical exposure, or vandalism.
• Issues caused by improper maintenance or repairs performed by another shop after our work.
• Normal wear and tear, stone chips, and minor clear-coat marring from regular driving.
• Aftermarket parts or accessories not installed by Donlyson Auto Concepts.

How to Make a Claim

• Contact us within the warranty period at studio@donlysonautoconcepts.com or by phone.
• Bring the vehicle to our facility for inspection. Proof of the original service (invoice or work order) may be required.
• Approved claims will be remedied by re-performing the affected work at no charge. If a defect cannot be corrected, we will, at our option, refund the portion of the original invoice attributable to the defective work.

Limitations

This warranty covers labor and materials only. It does not cover transportation, towing, rental vehicles, or any consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer named on the invoice. Some exclusions may not apply under California law; nothing here limits statutory rights you may have.
